Projeto Distrital Cofre Solidário – O Rotary International iniciou uma contagem regressiva para entrar na história, nunca estivemos tão perto de erradicar a Polio no mundo. E para comemorar os 50 anos desde a fundação do Programa Rotaract, o Distrito 4520 resolveu engajar todos os seus associados nessa campanha, mostrando que o Rotaract faz a diferença.
O Objetivo do Projeto Distrital Cofre Solidário
Com o objetivo de potencializar e aprofundar o impacto positivo que os clubes de Rotaract geram em suas respectivas comunidades, bem como promover a Fundação Rotária e o Programa Pólio Plus entre os rotaractianos do Distrito 4520, a Representação Distrital de Rotaract Clubs, gestão 2017-18, lançou o Projeto Distrital Cofre Solidário, que visa arrecadar recursos financeiros que serão destinados em sua totalidade à Fundação Rotária.

Em parceria com o Projeto [RE]ascender do Rotaract Club de João Monlevade, cujo objetivo é a conscientização da população a respeito do reaproveitamento de materiais recicláveis, a Representação Distrital apoiou a confecção de 100 Cofres Solidários, que serão distribuídos para todos os Rotaract Clubs do Distrito 4520.
Os cofres serão alocados em estabelecimentos comerciais e servirão como ponto de coleta de doações para a Fundação Rotária, junto aos cofres serão distribuídos panfletos com informações sobre o Programa Polio Plus, a Fundação Rotária e o Rotaract.
O Projeto Cofre Solidário a Representação Distrital
Com o Projeto Cofre Solidário a Representação Distrital espera arrecadar até maio de 2018 um valor aproximado de $1000 dólares, que será destinado ao programa Pólio Plus.
